Why we built it
Sales teams generate more conversations than a leader can review. Reps still need specific feedback: where discovery stayed on the surface, which concern went unanswered, or how to ask for a clear next step.
We built Close-Rate to make that feedback available between calls. A rep can work from their own conversation, their company’s sales materials, and one practical thing to try next.

For the work between calls
Coaching reports cover Rapport Building, Discovery, Value Presentation, Objection Handling, and Closing. Review strengths and missed moments with call evidence, then choose what to work on.
Select the calls you want to build on. Use buyer history and company context to prepare questions and decide what to clarify next.
Try a response with a simulated buyer and work on one selling skill. Practice gives reps somewhere to test their wording before using it with a prospect.
Review commitments, draft a follow-up, or explore what is blocking a decision. Reps review and use the draft themselves; the AI does not send it to the buyer.
How we approach coaching
Our starting point is the conversation a rep needs to handle next.
Compare sales coaching toolsQuoted wording is checked against the source transcript. Reps can return to the call to understand the context behind the feedback.
Read about our quote checks →Upload scripts, ideal customer profiles, and sales materials for the AI to reference. Coaching can take account of what you sell and how you want to sell it.
Move from a call review into preparation, rehearsal, or a follow-up draft in the same workspace.
Reps work on their own conversations. Coaches can review team patterns and drill into an individual rep’s calls and reports.
Sales coaches working with multiple companies can keep each client’s calls and company context in its own workspace.
