client-services@close-rate.comOpen Manage Data and go to the Import Data tab. Under Data Integrations, expand Zoom, click "Connect" and approve access in Zoom. For organizations that prefer API credentials, click "How to get these credentials" for a step-by-step guide to set up Server-to-Server OAuth.
After connecting Zoom or RingCentral, open Manage Data and go to the Import Data tab. Click "Import Recordings" on the connected integration (coaches see "Manual Import" on the Zoom card), select the recordings you want and click "Import selected". Each recording is then transcribed and analyzed.
Yes. A coach clicks "Auto-Import" on the Zoom card, switches on "Automatically import new Zoom calls" and clicks Save. Every 4 hours, new Zoom recordings are imported, and filter rules let you limit which ones. Once Zoom approves it, Zoom will also tell Close-Rate when a new recording is ready, and the import will usually start within 20 minutes of that notice. For Zoom meetings, that starts after a coach reconnects Zoom when Close-Rate asks. RingCentral recordings are imported only when you choose them.
Open Manage Data, go to the Import Data tab, expand Zoom and click "Disconnect". This deletes the Zoom access tokens we stored and stops all imports from Zoom. The app stays installed in your Zoom account, and your imported calls stay in Close-Rate until you delete them. To have those calls deleted as well, uninstall the app from Zoom instead of clicking Disconnect. That permanently deletes the calls Close-Rate imported from Zoom, and the Zoom Integration Guide explains how.
Yes. You can delete individual conversations from the Manage Data page. To delete all data, contact us at client-services@close-rate.com and we will remove your account and all associated data within 30 days.
Your Zoom cloud meeting recordings and Zoom Phone call recordings, with basic details for each: title, date, length and host, or the caller and the person called for phone calls. We also read your Zoom user list so calls can be matched to your reps. If your Zoom connection includes the meeting attendee permission, we also read who joined each recorded meeting. Once Zoom approves it, Zoom will also tell us when a new recording is ready. We read only your Zoom account ID from that notice and store nothing from it. We use read-only API scopes and never modify, delete, or create anything in your Zoom account.
