Pricing for founder-led firms
Higher win rate.
Lower discounting.
Same pipeline.
Your cost per lead doesn’t change when your win rate does—which is why a point of win rate can make a meaningful difference to margin. Close-Rate focuses on what each rep does on the next call, coached every week against twenty years of analyzing what actually closes.
Two prices. Neither one is a tier.

What gets scored
Five competencies, with the sub-skills underneath. The rubric draws on twenty years of working with sales and revenue leaders across B2B, technology, channel sales, retail and direct-to-consumer. It is the same rubric on both plans.

Sales training ends. Coaching shouldn’t.
Every program has the same last chapter—sustain it, reinforce it, keep it alive. That is the part that quietly fails once the facilitator leaves. Close-Rate is the reinforcement: every week, on your team’s own calls.

The coach plan
$175 per coach / month
You already listen to your clients’ calls. The bottleneck is how many you can hear—and turning what you hear into something a rep can act on.
One billing account, separate client workspaces. Use Add client to keep each client’s calls and context separate, without a per-client workspace fee.
Your method, loaded per client. Company Context and coaching guidance help reports reinforce what you teach.
Something to renew on. Company and rep scorecards give you concrete coaching conversations and a record of progress.
Revenue sharing for sales coaches. Talk with us about the partner program when a client you brought starts their own subscription.
Common questions
What counts as a rep seat?
A rep license gives a team member access to their coaching tools. Buy capacity, then assign or reserve seats for your team. Rep seats are $145/month; coach seats are $175/month.
What does the coach price cover?
One licensed coach, at $175/month. Client workspaces created through Add client share the coach’s billing account without a per-client workspace charge. A second coach needs another coach seat.
Do my clients need their own seats?
Not for you to import their calls and coach from them. Reps who log in to use their own coaching tools need rep seats. Talk with us about revenue sharing when your client starts their own subscription.
Does adding a team member change my bill?
Not on a purchased-seat plan. Assign an available seat or explicitly purchase more capacity. Reassigning or releasing a seat does not change the subscription quantity. Seat reductions take effect at renewal, subject to any agreed minimum term.
Are there processing limits?
Each full licensed seat includes 10,000 monthly AI credits, pooled across the billing account. Monitor usage and warnings in Billing & Usage. AI processing pauses when the allowance is exhausted unless on-demand usage is explicitly enabled. There is no automatic overage opt-in.
We already have a sales methodology. Does that matter?
Yes. Upload it in Company Context and edit your coaching guidance, so the feedback has your playbook available. If your method is not written down, start with the default rubric.
What happens at the end of the trial?
Nothing automatically turns into a charge. Your first 20 call imports are free, so upload a few calls and generate your first coaching report. No credit card is required for the trial. Choose seats and review Stripe Checkout when you are ready to subscribe.
Do we need a CRM or call recorder first?
No. Upload a recording or transcript you already have. Zoom and RingCentral imports are available. Recordings exported from other platforms, including Teams, can be uploaded manually.
Can we cancel?
Standard subscriptions are month-to-month and can be canceled through Billing & Usage. Access continues through the paid period. If you have a separately negotiated agreement, its term and pricing are shown in your billing settings.
Are all workspaces included?
Your first ordinary workspace is included. Additional ordinary workspaces are $50/month. A coach’s client workspaces created through Add client have no additional workspace fee.
More than 25 reps?
Let’s coordinate configuration and rollout before you make the commitment.
